Collective Agreement

This is an employment agreement that is negotiated and agreed upon by an employer and registered union on behalf of employees. It sets the minimum employment terms and conditions as well as the relationship between the employer and the union. This includes pay rates, hours of work, entitlements, leave, and other working conditions. It is ratified by union members after collective bargaining with the employer.
