It is not a requirement for you to attend the meeting. You can choose to join the meeting, take notes and use this as a learning processes for future matters. Face2Face meetings can be run onsite at your business, remotely via zoom or even at our Peninsula offices if you don’t have access to a confidential space.

Once a booking with the F2F team has been made you can contact our case management team. They will be your direct advisors on a specific case leading up to the meeting and can provide any advice you need. The case management team will review your case and call if additional supporting information or documentation is needed. They will also draft your pre-meeting documentation such as invites. Your consultant will call 24 hours prior to your meeting to introduce themselves and answer any last-minute questions or address any concerns.

Depending on the type of meeting required, a standard employee meeting typically runs over a 2-hour period. This includes a briefing, the employee meeting and a debriefing.

Recommendations on the outcome of the meeting is delivered following the process in the debrief. Any relevant documentation will be drafted and emailed to you to forward onto the employee. In some cases, which can be discussed with the Face2Face Team, we can also be involved in the outcome meeting.

Payments are only invoiced after completion of the meeting and Direct Debited from your account in line with your Peninsula Contract. If the service fees are out of budget for you at the moment, we have the option of splitting the payment into monthly instalments.

Our consultants do not have direct communication with your employee prior to the meeting. Your business has an obligation to sign off on any pre-meeting and post-meeting documentation so these would always be sent to the employees from the business. We do draft any responses and communications for you to send to the employees.
