Peninsula Protect provides protection for legal liability and defence costs arising from employment relations and Health and Safety claims.

- Legal liability and defence costs in respect of employment claims and actions arising out of an employment claim
- Limit $400,000 any one claim

Health and Safety statutory liability
- Liability for defence costs and reparation costs arising from a wrongful breach of the Health and Safety legislation

Going above and beyond to protect your business
Peninsula Protect provides discretionary protection for legal liability and defence costs resulting from employment relations or Health and Safety claims. Funds from member contributions are pooled in the Mutual and used to protect members. The Mutual leverages the collective strength of its members and allows greater flexibility in supporting and reimbursing members against claims that may not be covered by standard insurance.
