What we stand for

I often get asked why the company is called Peninsula. The reasoning behind the name is simple. A Peninsula is a piece of land surrounded by the water (sometimes rough) but always connected to the mainland. We are always connected to our clients 24/7, especially when the going gets tough. What was true in 1986, is true today, being in business is challenging and sometimes stormy but the Peninsula connection is always there to help when needed. We've got their back.

Peninsula (formerly Employsure), part of the award-winning Peninsula Group, has delivered outsourced HR, Employment Relations, and Health & Safety at Work services for over 40 years. Recognising that traditional legal support was costly and inefficient for SMEs, Peninsula launched in New Zealand and Australia in 2012 to provide tailored, comprehensive services that assist with Employment Relations Act compliance.
