Our Employment Relations Advice Line is available for clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with unlimited access to answer questions about wages, leave entitlements, contracts, terminations, redundancies, performance management and other workplace issues.

Peninsula members are eligible to join Peninsula Mutual, with exclusive access to Peninsula Protect. This financial product offers members protection against claims up to $400,000 per claim and $2 million per year. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is for client employees and their immediate family. It provides a safe space to discuss personal or professional challenges that may be impacting their work performance and mental health. We offer six confidential counselling sessions per employee, per issue, per year, plus 24/7 access to a helpline staffed by qualified counsellors.

I often get asked why the company is called Peninsula. The reasoning behind the name is simple. A Peninsula is a piece of land surrounded by the water (sometimes rough) but always connected to the mainland. We are always connected to our clients 24/7, especially when the going gets tough. What was true in 1986, is true today, being in business is challenging and sometimes stormy but the Peninsula connection is always there to help when needed. We've got their back.
