Do small businesses have HR obligations in New Zealand?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes. Small businesses must follow New Zealand employment law, including correct minimum entitlements, compliant employment agreements, workplace policies, and proper HR processes. Your size doesn’t remove your obligations, it only affects how you meet them.
