Management Accountant

We’re seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to deliver budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and month‑end activities. You’ll partner with Senior Stakeholders to deliver timely insight, drive process improvements and ensure robust financial controls.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis and variance explanations.
• Analyse financial performance and variances to support informed decision making
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes; model scenarios and provide commentary.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support month-end and year-end close.
• Provide commercial partnering to operational managers to improve performance
• Support annual audit and statutory reporting as required.

The perfect fit for this role will have:

• CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant across the ANZ region
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to present complex information clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and process improvement focused.
• NZ Full working rights and the ability to attend the office 5 days.
