Position Title : Employment Relations Specialist
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Full Time- Permanent : 37.5 per week

Position Purpose
To support the greater Advice team's success by delivering Super Service to our clients through Peninsula delivery models. Further, contributing to the Peninsula culture by demonstrating commitment to our values and behaviours.
  
Key accountabilities :
  
Provide timely advice in response to client enquiries

• Guide our clients through matters from strategy to execution, whilst upholding commercial considerations
• Deliver complex information to clients in non-technical terms
• Deliver Super Service by partnering with clients as a trusted adviser
• Deliver Super Service by achieving or exceeding role specific KPI’s
