Health & Safety Consultancy Manager
An exciting opportunity to broaden your H&S experience whilst leading a team, that creates meaningful impact with businesses across Australia.
As a Regional Health & Safety Manager, you will oversee a team of field‑based consultants across Victoria. This role is based in Sydney and requires a hands‑on leader who can elevate service delivery, coach high‑performing teams, and support clients with complex technical matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide operational leadership through quality assurance, structured training, and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Manage reporting requirements, analyse performance data, and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
- Build and maintain a high‑performance team culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
- Act as an escalation point for clients requiring advanced technical support.
- Experience: 5+ years in Health & Safety Leadership role. Consulting and exposure to high-risk environments are a big plus.
- Qualifications: Advanced Diploma or higher
- Strategic thinking: You have the ability to interpret trends, metrics, and performance data.
- Strong communication skills: You can explain complex safety requirements in a way that’s clear, practical and confident.
- Mobility: The ability to travel interstate & hold a current driver’s license is essential
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with high attention to detail.
